Access costs $199.00 per booth.
The first person to sign up for lead retrieval will be asked for payment. The rest will simply need to sign up after that to gain access (without payment).
Use the email address that was used with your conference registration to sign in so the system can match with the booth you are representing.
You will use the camera on your own phone or tablet to scan a badge. There are no scanners available for rent. Click here for details on how to use your camera to scan badges.
Upon scanning an attendee badge, you will have access to the attendee's:
- Name
- Title
- Company/Organization
- Address
- Email
- Phone
You will have a place to record notes about each attendee you scan.
Your scans are exportable to an Excel spreadsheet at anytime for at least 6 months after the conference has ended.
No refunds will be provided after the event. Be sure to use the test QR codes to make sure scanning works for you. If you are using the API, be sure to setup and test prior to the event.
